David_wigren Posted February 20, 2011 Share Posted February 20, 2011 Did some horseshoe bending in my new Louis Cyr T-shirt. For the shared #1 spot on the horseshoelist on steelbenders.org. Off course this shoe is comparable to a Diamond special 5 and the st croix XTRA 5. I was hoping to bend it without the leg protection, but I felt stuff move around in there so I played it safe and went for the protection. Unfortunatly this one felt a little harder than I hoped it would feel. Either I wasn't at my best or this one was a stiff one, or maybe I'm just not as strong yet as I thought I would be. I wasn't sure I would ever be back to bending the shoes I used to, but now my strength is about at 95% of where it was when I left off.
