I haven't been able to block the pain in the forearm tendons with this lift and don't think I'd ever be able to. Some guys just seem to be really good at this lift. I don't foresee training it that often but I am pretty happy to cross the 300 pound barrier. Kevin Fulton and David Horne have both done 400 pounds in this lift!
