All of them are amazing but closing a #3 and plate curling a 45 got my vote. I can't see anyone able to do that at the present time (maybe David Horne, with his amazing wrist strength and excellent crushing grip ?) :stuart

Closing a #3 and deadlifting an Inch replica is crazy too but involves the same muscles in the two hands which perhaps would make it "easier" ?. It's in the same league anyway :bow

I'd say that hub pinching a 45 in one hand while plate curling a 45 in the other would be pretty darn impressive! A nice pic showing both plates parallel to the ground and no bending wrist on the plate curl...

I voted for the INCH replica-FULL deadlift in one hand and the #3 in the other but as I thought about it I think there are LESS people that can do a 250 on a rolling thunder than there are people that can FULL deadlift the INCH replica?

So I think the 250#Rolling Thunder and the #3 might be harder?

I would add -I'm assuming the #3 is done without a set..to make it touger?

I don't practice on the grippers or blob or hub lifting-yet...so i could change my mind.

Gazza

Suddenly got good with the blob left handed tonight. I'm going to have a go at the inch/blob double on Sunday. Will get a pic if I can do it :)

I have trained upto the Inch weight and a little over with my left in the past and so yes, with a couple of weeks effort, I'm sure I could do my three and an Inch weighted bell.

A plate curl with 45's in both hands.

Set them down.

Take two #4's. Close them.

Set them down.

Two blobs, set them down.

Two Inch dumbbells, set them down.

Bend the red.

BWAH!

If I said I could do all of the above, would rule 5 come into affect and close the thread?
