3Crusher
For the Captains of Crush on The GripBoard, this question is for you. How many of you can close a #3 gripper with your right hand as well as your left hand?
jimwylie1
Nope . Just right handed. I really have to start training left handed stuff. Not far off though.
terminator
Affirmative.

the swiss
not yet! I must be the guy who's been closing the #3 for the longest time with the right hand only I have started focussing on it recently, not too far off. david
Tou
Not me. 3/8 to go on the left hand.
Gripper42004
I've done 2 reps with my left hand.12 with my right hand,go figure!
Guest Mikael Siversson
I do grippers six days a week and close a #3 left handed every time. I have also closed an average #3 with both hands in competition (LGC VI). Last workout I closed two different #3's with my lefty. On average I am about 3 mm weaker with my lefty on a given gripper. mobsterone
I can barely do a 2 left handed never mind three. I've done little on no training with the left.
jimwylie1
It's an easy trap to fall into. Looks like we'd both bomb out at Mikeal's competition
mobsterone
Yeah, about the only time I do any real leftie training is for Daves comp. I can also do 80-100 kilos RT left (I do train that) and 120 right handed - on my handle as opposed to a new one (I still feel the shame). jimwylie1
Any time you want a left handed rolling thunder comp I'm up for it then Steve . We'd be evenly matched. Forget the right though
OldGuy
At one time as far as grip training was concerned, I did not train left as hard as right. I decided to chanh my ways and my left has caught up on most things. I expect to close a 3 consistently with both hands in the very near future. Have done it in training but no pics or proof as yet. OldGuy
OOPS sorry I am not any kind of COC. I had better shut up and learn to read!
Sybersnott
I really haven't tried in a while. I am training both hands equally, so I might be able to. Note the use of the word, "might".
Bill Piche
I actually demonstrated both hands when I certified. Crushing wise, my hands are pretty equal. One goal on my list is thanks to Terminator. A double close. At this time, I continue to kick the Inch dumbbell. Literally at times!
The Gripster
OldGuy did you type #4 instead of #3? If not then you should certify with #3 so we can have another from board in MILO.
OldGuy
I am happy that you are the only one who saw that. I have fixed it!
Bearcat 74
I saw it, I just figured you were closing the gap on the 4.
OldGuy
It was meant to be a 3 of course, but I am going for the 4 this year. Or before I die!
The Gripster
OldGuy if you are around 1/2" on #4, I think you'll get it. Good luck pops.
OldGuy
I just want to put all the young guys to shame!
Wade Gillingham
Not consistantly. My left hand is mental and I have a bad wrist on that side right now. I can do a 35 pound strap hold with the #2 but I can't consistantly close the #3. I'm working on fixing it though.
Guest Harlan Jacobs
Put me down as a yes. I can double my #3 on my left and get 4-5 on my right.
JeffPeterson
No way. I've closed a couple differant three's right handed, not left though. It's got a ways to go.
