Guest wells
During the past two weeks I have closed my number 2 everytime I picked it up and even knocked off three to four reps as well when warmed up. Even knocked off a close with my left hand as well. Wow! Stopped doing wrist curls for three weeks now, concerntrating more on wrist rolling, hammer bar exercises, and grip work. My forearms have lost some size, mass wise, but I think my cuts look deeper and my strength has improved quite substantially in the past few weeks. I notice more strength and endurance when using my wrist roller and hammer bars. Too much pump-up workout causing lactic acid build up maybe reducing my forearm strength. Pump-up=power drain

Jonathan McMillan
Wells, How long was it from your first closing of the #2 until the time when you could do it on a consistent basis?? Jon@han
Guest wells
About two weeks after first closing the #2. What I think helped was holding the close for a good count everytime I attempt a close.
