OK last night I was at MikeK's house, it was Mike, Bruce and I and we had a great workout. started out with me trying to do a little bendiing, then we moved to the two hands pinch. Did some back squats and front squats in Mikes new rack and ended up with some wrist roller work. I also hit a PR in the 2HP. I dedicated it to Paul Night because he motivates me with his feats of strength and he recently hit this weight so I know how happy he was about it. Overall it was a good night with the guys. Grip, beer, and friends!

Thanks for the kind words guys, its no easy lift and I give credit to every one aspiring to raise their numbers in the 2hp, its not as simple as it seems.especially since there are no hard fast training routines, at least that's what I'm told. Do any of you guys have any thing that definately works for you with this lift? There's got to be something out there to help me I'm my journey?
