Well, it is more like a toy and you can only train the right arm but I had to laugh at its name and it was a great gift! Are there any other good machines out there? Well, it is more like a toy and you can only train the right arm but I had to laugh at its name and it was a great gift! this machine looks like it can be tweeked 50 different ways you could add bands to your hand that are bolted down also run a handle through to the other side for left hand extra springs could be added take a lacrosse ball drill out the center and gorilla glue it on top for claw grip wrestling all kinds of possibilities Are there any other good machines out there?
