Just primarily working on grip related stuff (I've been a bit busy/lazy to keep up on my core workout). I'm pushing with all I've got to pick up my blob50. I'm tired of looking at it just sitting there since I got it. So I'm pretty much just hitting grippers and pinch with the occasional bend here and there. I'm finding it tough to focus without my gym being set up, basements got a low roof and it's friggin' freezing outside :-) I mean to get going hard on the kettlebells again for a while, just need to get my butt in gear. I keep everything up on my blog if you'd like. I can't post the link here though so e-mail me if you'd like the address bud. Parris Cheers Parris, it's just a pinch block I made up. I wanted a 50mm width but the piece of steel I managed to get turned out to be 60mm. It was a scrap offcut I got for nothing, so will make do with it for training til I can get some 50mm to better mimic a more standard 2HP width.
