How many picks/timed holds/hand passes/etc. would closly translate to a blob lift? Or maybe plate pinching is still better for training the blob? Thanks in advance. Jedd Johnson Posted November 23, 2010 Share Posted November 23, 2010 A half 90 isn't too bad of a training tool for the bl;ob as long as it is not a legacy blob.
