Blob Lift

I have a 45 lbs blob, and I am wondering how this translates to THE BLOB. How many picks/timed holds/hand passes/etc. would closly translate to a blob lift? Or maybe plate pinching is still better for training the blob?

A half 90 isn't too bad of a training tool for the bl;ob as long as it is not a legacy blob.

I would train it adding weight and by lifting it backwards in order to be ready for the blob when you cross paths with it.
