Forever
Is it just me, or is hard to come back after taking time off and not jumping back into one's own program for grippers etc. If only taking a week or so off, how do others start back? daniel reinard
When I took a week off I basically got right back into my routine. The only exception was weening off the MMS on grippers I can close and going to no set closes. Still doing MMS on goal gripper. I think it's paying off. I can almost no set close my 2.5 when that's the best I can do MMS. It has made the #3 feel easier to set (especially since it is wider) and I'm still getting progress on it, about .3" away. I had only been doing grip stuff for 2 months so I didn't feel I needed a big change. I think after my next break I'll try doing more reps and less singles. Did you platuea, are you looking on easing back into grippers, or do you just feel like changing things up?

Hands started to feel tired, and like training for the overall body I try to give the same respect to hands and give them a break after Nearly 4 months
