AlexR Posted October 12, 2010 Share Posted October 12, 2010 Felt like a change tonight,so I used the rolling thunder for some,bent rows,curls,and reverse curls.Quite impressed,not really used it for anything but deadlift before.The way I am aching it certainly hit the spot I may make this a regular addition to my workouts. AlexR Posted October 13, 2010 Author Share Posted October 13, 2010 Even though,I did mostly light weights,but very strict and controlled negatives.I ache a lot today.I am quite suprised.Going to see what training with the RT alone for a couple of weeks will acheive.
