Greetings All

My name is Brett and Im 48 and a ex powerlifter/Highland Games thrower,due to injuries and getting sick of the gear in powerlifting,plus age I thought Id give grip training a serious go. Being a beginner I have already learned one thing and that is your big squat sure doesnt seem to carry over much for grippers and bending lol....Thanks

Welcome.... keep us posted of the progress. I agree about the gear in PL. That's why I'm doing the grip stuff now.

Although I am working on a special poly glove that will allow anyone to crush the CoC #4. :laugh
