Warming Up Hands

I wanted to add this to a post about warming up hands, but I couldn't find it, nor could the search feature.

Its been cold as **** in my apartment, and I had to find a way to warm my hands. As for the rest of me I use plastics, a winter coat and time on the airdyne. Receintly, I tried a fairly thick pair of rubber gloves for my hands. They worked great. I kept them on until I got to the number two gripper. My hands were warm by then.

That sounds like a good idea. For me, if using an easy gripper for reps won't work because the hands are cold, I'll put 'em in a sink full of hot water. They come out looking like cooked lobster :D .

Apdwler,

Another excellent idea! My basement is cool when I first get down in my gym as well. Anything made of metal feels quite cold.
