Make one that you can use in a power rack like the one Parris uses in the link. It will put the focus on only the hands and wrists and allow for much greater weight to be lifted. Also plate curls have been the single best excercise to improve wrist strength for me. I have a pinch lever block similar to the one Adam Glass uses which I would recommend either making of buying. Arms straight out will limit the weight and is not good for your lower back. Use a power rack as BigJan85 said.

How do you use the wrist roller? arms straight out, or hanging down? i would say arms at waist level. i mean you are trying to attack your wrists, and forearms not your shoulders!!!
