faroe Posted September 27, 2010 Share Posted September 27, 2010 I'm talking about the stretching part, not the crushing bit. I find it utterly boring and it's just a chore for me. I strap rubber bands on my fingers and stretch and I do push ups on my fingers when working grip, but on the other hand I do 4-5 crushing exercises. I am obviously not balancing the two. I find it difficult to exhaust the 'opening' muscles. Any tips on new exciting exercises that I've missed or is there basically not more to it? Any advice would be helpful.
