Lesson Learned

I have been away from grip specifically and have been focusing on kettlebell and other agility/speed/endurance type of full body workouts. Well long story short, I was bored today and tried to pop a full beer can. I hadn't tired this in several months and last time I failed misserably. This time I very easily poped the can. 2 issues first I was covered in beer and had to shower and change/wash my clothes. Second was that I cut the heck out of my hands on the shards of metal from the cans. So, I am stanidng in the back yard covered in blood and beer, I am real stinkin excited, and there is no one to see me do it, except the construction guys bulding my neighbor's house (they had a laugh). lol.... next time I will wrap the can in a towel or wear gloves.....

Definitely wear gloves next time.

I would love to see the look on someones face as they walk in as you're telling someone "So I'm standing there covered in blood and beer..." :unsure

Next time don't waste a can of beer. Use a pepsi.
