Force
Has anyone closed this gripper with any set? The Spring is a monster .335" which is bigger than BB Pro (.331"). According to my knowledge only one RB400N is calibrated. Matti calibrated it with dedication and time, because RB grippers tend to loose strength. - 1. 94kg / 207.95 lbs / ( after closed 0 times) - 2. 92.5 kg / 204 lbs / ( after closed 10 times) - 3. 91 kg / 200.88 lbs / ( after closed 30 times) - 4. 90 kg / 198.7 lbs / ( after closed 50 times) - 5. 88.5 kg / 195.63 lbs / ( after closed 100 times) - 6. 90 kg / 198.7 lbs /( after 15 minutes break ) this is final value Regarding to those numbers some grip monsters could close this. But the finish must be extremely hard.
Koura
This gripper is mine. That thing is totally mutant, actually that isn't narrow at all. Spread is "normal". Sweep is very tough so setting is quite interesting. In my opinion, that is all way harder than #4 for example. i'll say... i don't think anyone will ever close this. Or maybe some stronger than me
Martin Gaisser
The one I have is a regular and not the Narrow but it is easier than my BB PRO. The spring is slightly bigger but its not wound near as tight. They are great if you like doing heavy negatives though.
