Guest Jeff Roark
Hello everyone. Its been quite sometime since I posted here. I have lurked a little but not much. I have spoke with Heath quite a bit just keeping check on him to see how he is progressing. I am training hard on my lifts right now. I have been training for the last month or so with a broken hand, so grip work has been set back to some degree. I can still close the #1 for 20 or more reps with my hand broke so its not that bad. I have closed the #2 with it but the pain is a little much. I hope to creep back up to the BBM for a rep or two in the next few months. Also, I should say before anyone jumps me I have been to the doctor, bone specialist, and he said for me to just carry on with what I was doing as I waited to long to come and see him. Well just wanted to say hey to a few of the guys I used to talk with here.

Sybersnott
Sounds like what happened to me right before I certified. Like Heath said, I caught a severe case of "dumbass" and put my hand where it should NOT have been. To make a long story short, I rehabbed and built my strength back again. YOU CAN DO IT - GO SLOW. The pain will be there. A question to ask yourself is how much you can handle. Like I said, go slow. Be determined that you'll overcome it, then set out a plan and do it. Glad you're back with us. And don't leave us until you're certified on the #3!!
Guest Jeff Roark
Thanks. Snott I am taking my time with it. I was doing really well on my #3 before I got injured. I have even been doing deadlifts with it using around 400lbs with little ill effect. What hurts its more than anything is the Rolling thunder and any type of pressing with a bar. So pretty much all i am doing right now is deadlifts, chinups, HSPU, Pistols and ab and grip work. I am also doing lots of walking and rope skipping too. Once gain thanks. I'll just sort of lurk around here and watch what goes on and try to learn something new.
