My wrists are extremely small (less than 7"), but I'm not sure if its possible to increase really increase the size of you wrist since their is not that much muscle there. Thanks. Having big wrists usually means that you've got big bones which is a competitive edge in weight-lifting/bodybuilding because it also usually means bigger tendon connections (and therefore more muscle fibres) and offcourse stronger bones. Bones size can be increased with time with heavy weight-lifting (you have to put a huge stress on your bones) but not dramatically. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
