Rrbt And Kta .....

Recommended Posts

Since there have been a few posts lately regarding the effectiveness of KTA and RRBT, whether or not one should try the programs, I decided to post the documentation I’ve compiled since starting RRBT and continuing to present, KTA. Tomorrow, I will start Phase 2 Week 3 of KTA, so with a a good bit left, I have not yet reached the point in which I would expect to reach the primary goal that was set when I started. However.......

I started RRBT on January 29, 2010

Right hand: could touch the handles with my COC #2.5, starting goal BBSM

Left hand: could not close the #2, goal #2, then RB180, then RB210

2-5-10 - COC #3 attempt with right hand: http://www.youtube.c...h?v=llgAs1_RohM

3-13-10 - BBSM (much harder than my #2.5) right hand: http://www.youtube.c...h?v=w2QpQp8-7BY

3-13-10 - COC #3 attempt right hand: http://www.youtube.c...h?v=n6SaSXdpeIo

3-20-10 - RB210 with left hand: http://www.youtube.c...h?v=8SFylbfE-Bw

On April 3, 2010, I started KTA

Right hand goal: COC #3

Left hand goal: BBSM

4-11-10 – BBSM with left hand: http://www.youtube.c...h?v=QStUBGI_g9M

4-11-10 – COC #3 with right hand: http://www.youtube.c...h?v=Znl8uMcSzLE

5-1-10 – COC #3 with right hand: http://www.youtube.c...h?v=eiJp6X_Fc1M

5-6-10 – COC #3 with right hand: http://www.youtube.c...h?v=4A7T-aDdPk4 and http://www.youtube.c...h?v=SkjAwOHZ354

Presently, I can get the #3 with my left hand to about 1/8 inch.

If you haven’t closed the COC #3 and you really want to, try the programs and follow them specifically with genuine effort. See what happens........

This is the COC #3 right hand progression noted above, with all 5 attempts in one video.

Working on getting my left hand out of the way......any/all advise is welcome. Thanks!
