David Horne Posted January 23, 2003 Posted January 23, 2003 This is Elizabeth Talbot posting under David's username. He has asked me to let everybody know that his father passed away on Tuesday the 21st January at the age of 66. Many people who read this will have met him in David's grip contests and will remember that he was a kind and gifted man, much loved, and with very strong hands! I would like to add that this is why any subscribers to Iron Grip magazine have not yet received the January issue. It was set to go out last weekend but we delayed it slightly to include Steve's dumbbell feat, and have now been further delayed by this recent event. I am now working to get it out this weekend coming, as David is staying down in Essex with his Mum until after the funeral. For anyone who was planning on attending, please note that the Endurance Event that was planned for this weekend has been cancelled. Thanks for your time, Elizabeth Quote
