Been working on all round strength and deadlifts lately and have been really enjoying braced bending. Here is what ive been up to lately.

That shoe didn't look like it was at 180 degrees there

ya i said around 180 on the video, it was actually just off, i don't need to pull fast ones my videos speak for themselves...
