Martin Gaisser Posted April 9, 2010 Share Posted April 9, 2010 I normally train with my TTK one hand at a time and today I thought I would change it up and try both at once. So I double my weight up and I couldn't get it and I was thinking it was going to be the other way around. What about you guys? My TTK is homemade by the way with about a 2:1 ratio.
