But... train Your calfs! thanks, haha its all that running ive been doing, gotta get on a proper leg routine though , I know i know Congrats. I have to get me one of those things. How long have you been training on it? thank you! I joined the gripboard in May 2006 and have been training with Block weights seriously for the last couple of years on and off , my first big block weight was a 37.5 i still remember the day that got air, and now the BLOB thanks for all the comments guys, I really wasnt expecting to lift it yesterday, feels great that I finally got it!
