Batsmurf Posted February 25, 2010 Share Posted February 25, 2010 New to Grip training, what's the proper finger placement for pinching plates together, smooth side out? Am I suppose to be attempting to only use the very tips of my fingers to hold the plates together or am I "allowed" to use the finger pads through my first, or even second knuckle? I'm a believer of however you can do it, do it, on most things, but I want to make sure I'm working the right form to ensure the most speedy development. thanks!
