Arne
I was lucky to find and of course bought a beautiful pair of meels. They weights about 6.5 kg (14.3 lbs) each. They are perfect for shoulder and grip training. I have order some heavier pairs. A pair of 10 kg (22 lbs), 13 kg (28.6 lbs), 15 kg (33 lbs), 18 kg (39.6 lbs) and 20 kg (44 lbs)

LawDude
One way to use them... The video reminds me a bit of Muay Thai fights, with the band in the background. Do you know how heavy the clubs were?
