Bhsa/w.o.g. Super Series Leg 2

Once again those BHSA affiliated gyms who have paid for their members to compete will be taking part in the BHSA/W.O.G. Super Series this weekend. Events are as follows:

1) Vulcan Gripper with 20mm block

2) 2HP - Euro etc

3) RT 'new' handle. NB: not the very latest version but a handle which spins freely.

One handed tests only on the VG and RT (hand used to be noted if records broken).

As before it's a Gloucester Vs. Stafford day.

Because I'm a complete and utter moron here are the events for this weekend. NOT the ones posted above:

1. Two Hands Pinch Lift

2. Weaver Stick Lift to Rear (no wrist wraps)

3. One Hand Lift with Rolling Thunder (old handle). Normal or Thumbless style.
