Good Workout Program For Muscle Gains-for Hands-

Looking for a good workout to build my hands up, I want to have muscular hands. Wondering what a good routine would be to build my overall hand size as well as strength but primarily size.

I have access to CoC 1-4 plates, barbell, and thats it really.

I'd go with lifting awkward things, like sand bags. Anything that really makes you hand and fingers work in all directions. Not just closing motions, but opening motions. Put your hand in a large jar filled with weight, and open your hand, while attempting to lift the jar. Or try opening your hand in heavy sand, or small stone.

Just some basic stuff. Hope it helps.
