Bill Piche
Good News! Lifting the Blob or KTA Blob has been re-released with author Rick Walker giving the big (and I mean big as in thumb pad!) thumb's up! The bottom line: This program works for significantly increasing your pinching power and of course blob power. I used it myself to get the 50lb blob. http://cyberpump.com/ktablob/
jad
If you've got a 50# blob and at least a 7.5" hand, get this program and you'll be pulling it shortly.
mightyjoe
I guess I'm out of luck, I have 7" hands. Actually, 6-15/16" to be exact. Any suggestions? Edited January 17, 2010 by Mighty Joe
astrojetred
I guess I'm out of luck, I have 7" hands. Actually, 6-15/16" to be exact. Any suggestions? As long as your hand can fit around it, you can lift it, Joe. Just like grippers. You'll get it, man.
jad
Oh I think you can still lift it Joe, I just made that post because I have 7 5/8" hand and it didn't take me too much blob KTA to get it done.
Magnus
I guess I'm out of luck, I have 7" hands. Actually, 6-15/16" to be exact. Any suggestions? You could try using only your pinkie, ring, and middle fingers when you grip it. Dropping the index finger lets you get more surface area with the rest of them. Guest Bullitt
Pretty sure Chad has 7" hands (or very close). He drops his forefinger off to get more of his other 3 on there.
lukeamdman
David Horne doesn't use his index finger on blob lifts. Anyone know his hand size?
