micahclimber
Hi all you scholars of grip knowledge. I recently got Robert Baraban Adjustable hand gripper for the holidays, but I don't know how much pressure it takes to close for each notch. If any of you know, or know of where I could find out, please let me know! Thanks a bunch. -Micah

micahclimber
Thanks for your reply. I'm not quite sure that is the gripper I have, as my gripper has 10 notches and I know it ranges from 50-500 lbs. of pressure (I don't know what the difficulties in between are). Here is the link to it: http://www.grippersuperstore.com/store.aspx?cat_id=12&prod_id=33 ------------- Thanks again anyone who can help! -Micah

So with 10 settings you can get 19 different resistances. I've never seen this chart before - I'm not sure where it came from (measured or calculated). Bodom
A friend gave me this list. if i compare the list to my achievements on gabriel's adjustable gripper i have to say that the list is right. of course there can be differents between the grippers themselves. Are these for the copper-colored spring? The chrome one is easier.
Bodom
i think it is the normal difference between the gripper themselves. gabriel got a chrome one too and the strength is pretty equal to the list.
