madknight
As I stated in my log I took a video of myself bending a 1/4"x6.5" round crs. This is currently my best bend. The 6" I could only get to about 14 degrees. So I'd like for you to look at my technique and tell me what you think. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zIbU4U0Kdiw

Vice
Looks pretty solid to me, you're getting the bar up pretty high which is good. Do you push into the ends of the bars with your palms? I try to push hard into the ends as I'm starting my kink and it usually helps out. Overall I think the form looks pretty good.
madknight
Thanks. I'm not sure if I do that but I'll try it out next time.
David_wigren
You seem to have gotten most of it down. Just a small detail and it might not help much for you but it makes a world of difference for me. I use my middle knuckle of my index finger as a fulcrom where as you used the knuckle wich is furthest down your finger. If you change that to use your middle index knuckle it will result in turning your hands a bit to make the end of the bar hit further down in your palm. This will make a much better strength transfer through your arms and into the bar. It will also put your wrists in a slightly different position so they will be in a mechanicly more efficient position

I'll try changing the position like you recommend and see if I find it better.

bencrush
Form looks pretty good, like the others said. Definitely listen to David regarding the fulcrum point for the bends! If you injure that finger (on either side) you can also continue to bend by using other fingers as the fulcrum point. Just a tip I picked up from Gazza.
