Thanks Parris! I got the 45 pound Yorks locally on Craigs List for about $10 a plate. I picked up 6x45 plates and a few 35 and 25 pound plates as well. They are also much better for plate pinching than the "Standard" plates as they are considerably thicker.

Nice lift... Now you need to find a pair of OLD Style Deep dish Yorks to lift... I don't know what is harder finding the plates or lifting them

Even if you do find them, locating the money to purchase them would

be harder than either. Go fiqure.

I think your correct. Unless it's pairs of 55's, 75's or 85's... I can't seem to find those...

As for deep dishes. I found 3 about 2 years ago. Sold one because it was cracked. Then about 5 months ago there were 8 of them in DC... I rushed down and picked them up. I'm still on the hunt for a bar and collars that go with that set. I'd also like to get another pair of 25's and 35's deep dishes. But those are even harder to come by.

I love the hunt of finding these rare items... Not much makes me smile, but old Iron does...

Good luck...

Chris
