Jeremy C.
What would be a respectable weight with a hub 45? I know not all 45's are equal but just a ballpark for adding weight to a 45. Thanks Jeremy
Guest Bullitt
First of all, hubbing a 45 (any 45) is already respectable! 10# and above is REALLY good. The most weight I know of anyone adding is Aaron Corcorran doing 77# (32# added) Edited November 22, 2009 by Bullitt

mightyjoe
My youngest son Cody has done #45 + 20lbs. He's trying to equal or surpass Aaron's record. He got 69lbs. about 6" off the floor Thursday night. I got 58 lbs. completed and 66lbs. about 3" off the floor. Aaron's lift will be hard to surpass. I think Cody can do it if he trains it consistently. Cody doesn't do any regular grip training either.
