You should have your gripper in 5 - 10 days.

The gripper came yesterday and this morning I did my attempts...

Clear misses all three of them.

That last 2mms made their job and finally they beat me. So close...

I'll checked the video a hundred times(!) and it's not worthy of sending it.

The gripper is on its way to Eric.

Manthos-

Sorry to hear that. Same thing happened to me. At least now you know what the MM1 feels like, and you know exactly how to train for it.

Man! I have to say that the MM1 is on a roll. Good effort Manthos. You will close this gripper with time, no doubt.

I'm convinced that you need to be consistent on a 160+ gripper to be confident on the MM1. I'm not necessarily on board with the "MM1 is like a hard #3" thought process. It's a good step above any #3 I've closed.

I agree totally. The MM1 definitely felt a bit tougher than any of the hard #3's I've tried.

Next time around, all three of us will smash that thing! :flame

Sorry to hear it Manthos. Those last couple millimeters are very tough. It's a sneaky gripper. Seems like a slightly above average #3 for the set and sweep, but really binds up at the end. I have no doubt you will conquer this gripper in the near future Manthos!!! :mosher

Sorry to hear that. Last 2mm is a surprising contrast from the sweep. Get your #3, work mainly in the last cm for a little while, and hit it again.

Yes, the last millimeters make the MM1 a nice gripper above average #3s.

When I did my cert I thought 'wow easy' during the sweep but after it closed I decided against repping it. :tongue

BUMMER! The sweep is very smooth on that gripper and it really binds up right at the close. You'll smash it for sure next time, buddy!
