The video has been fast forwarded at certain points to prevent sudden narcolepsy to the viewers and to speed upload time on youtube! Measure it earlier next time, you should be able to get it. Still incredible to see these bends. How are your hands doing. Thats alot of pressure on them. Your bending has been off the charts lately. Gazza, I don't "row" the bar at the beginning of the bend, not because it's easier/cheating, but because I don't generate near the amount of power I can when I bend it over my thigh. Most people seem to be the other way around, I guess it depends on body type/strength of individual. I believe Tim T is also stronger on the over the thigh bend too!
