Which Gripper Can You Grind?

Grinding a gripper.... when the handles touch friction them, so you hear the crrcrrr crrr sound.. at least twice..

I am not sure if there is a special word for this technique already.

But my question is: which gripper can you grind?

For me just a #2 because it is damn hard to grind a gripper, you really need to master a gripper.

At peak gripper strength I remember grinding my 174lb BBE once or twice.
