It can take up to 200 kilo's for holding weight, so why not incorporate it in my griptraining. It cost me around 2 euro's so that will be 4 dollars or so. It's of course based on the rolling thunder but hey, it's cheap and it works great. Only didn't manage to figure out how to make a link, the photos are in the galary of my profile. You can check it out if you want. I made 3 photos. I explained what the idea is in the text with photo #1.
