I started sept 23rd. I use the HG150 and 200. Can do 18 click reps with the HG200 when I'm fully rested for 2-3 days.. But after that first set my reps fall off greatly?? I also started extensor training training.. I used to be a power lifter as a teen, benching 450 raw and behind the neck pressing 375lbs free weight.. So I'm no stranger to the power game. But the grippers are a whole new world for me. .Should I alternative between light and heavy. I'm sure my job doesn't help. I use my hands all day lifting furniture and TV's.. A lot of hand usage 4 days a week. Would a wrist roller help? Negatives? Cause the following day my hands and forearms are really sore for a day or two. Any helpful idea's?

Start powerlifting again, train your grip once a week, and you'll make good gains.
