astrojetred
I'd like to see some top pullers in this course. I just watched an episode where one of the challenges was to scale across a cloth curtain. That is textbook grip training. Maybe not in the exact context, but using a towel or cloth to lift or support weight is. That is only one grip related thing among many others on the ever changing course(s). I understand that a grip training expert would do well or better than an armwrestler, but I think it would be pretty awesome to see Brzenk on Ninja Warrior, haha. Plus, armwrestling is WAY COOL Hence not posting in the grip forum! Bring it, grip heads! Please don't bring it, I have a family, and they need me alive :/ haha Please excuse the typo in the description:/ Looooooong day Edited October 16, 2009 by Puller

nickr104
The guys with great body weight to strength ratios should do well if they have the grip endurance. I would suck!
fightertrainer
The guys with great body weight to strength ratios should do well if they have the grip endurance. I would suck! I agree. I used to have the ideal body for this...34 years ago. I was 5'6" and 125lbs with 5% body fat. I remember the first time I climb the peg- board. It's so easy to go up, then side way on top, then coming down diagonally. Injury free helps a lot too. Now I weigh 155 lbs and much stronger then my old self. But I've become a specialist more or less. Though, I can still spin around a chin-up bar with ease, high up there. Hic! The glory remains a distance with injuries. In the end, it's low body fat and great pulling power will do for guys who weigh less than 140 lbs
