Good Basic Routine?

I have read around the forums and used the search but still havent found it.

Im looking for a real beginners workout using the Ivanko gripper, some sledge hammers for levering, and wrist and reverse wrist curls.

I have no problem programming a 6-8 week routine for myself for full body, but have NO IDEA when it comes to my hands and forearms.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me out, I would really appreciate it.

O no real goals, just want bigger and stronger forearms. They are already very strong from 5 years of bouldering and rock climbing, but I want them to be a bit bigger as well and I dont know anything about programming for the forearms.
