Mine was done a few years back on a 2 and 3/8" diameter piece of PVC that I rigged to the top of a 2" shaft. Looks like some of you guys hit some pretty big numbers on that. Did the handle hold chalk well? it was an ironhandle, varnished like the original inch. very popular was the "watertrick" (clean hands, made by pure water and not waiting till hands 100percent dry, made the best results).
