At 7:50 there seemed to be a broken arm. You can hear the loud snap. But since it's so noisy, nobody pay attention. The man on the right side turned side way at the exact moment it's slipped. He seemed to clutched his arm and stagger asway, while the ref signal "strap match" is coming. BUt the match was never show to be continued again, instead another match was commenced. It's not graphic like you think in this case, but the snap's un-mistakably very loud! Brrr...! Copy and paste if the link doesn't work. I was there and i can bet the sound you hear is the sound of a foot that slips out the metal platform... absolutely any broken arm in that video!
