The goerners stroll looks tough but I'm glad to see all those poundages I have read about were on a regular bar.(all this time when I've read about it I thought it was a thick bar and I would just look at my hands and curse! )Impressive event and great poundages none the less...... There's something to be said for doing competitions and lifting weights outside...I'm going to keep my eyes open for some cheap used weights so I can do some outdoor training when the weather gets warmer up here.
