my CoC number 2 came today :yikes:calm so i had my first attempt.

im planning to get it closed in about a week.

Excuses: in the video im quite tierd because I trained grip 2 days ago and i had no warm up or chalk :P

Nice attempt Ben. If you had set the gripper further up in your hand, you would have closed it easily. You need to get the back leg up on the first line in your palm below your knuckles. Once you get the set down you will be killing that gripper and moving on to the 2.5. Paul Knight and John Eaton have some great videos on setting that helped me a ton.

Nice attempt, and I agree with all the guys above me. Once I learned to set properly, my #2 went from a problem that lasted for a long time, to closed on the regular, without chalk or even a warm up. The better my set gets the easier it gets, I closed my 2.5 recently and I attribute half of it to my improved setting abilities.
