Had double umbilical hernia surgery in june. Started only body weight training 2 months ago just started lifting LIGHT weights last week. Been bending off and on for a month or more. I have never been any good at DO always do reverse so I tried on some G2's last night when I couldnt do the reverse due to sore wrists. It went down like butter. Then I did 4 more and got motivated and went for a 60 it was tough but worked. My first 60 in many many months.
