rico300zx
Does anyone have or have signs of carpel tunnel? There's been a awful lot of chat about sledgehammer work here lately not to mention bending, and I was just wondering how everones wrists were doing? You can get this from a simple computer how about what we do on a weekly basis, is it going to catch up to us in the end? Rico?

min-min
I do get pain in my left forearm if i do more than 2-3 bending sessions in a week, but when i get some rest and recuperate a little it goes away. I try to bend once mid week and then again on the weekend to avoid this.
