Sybersnott
hey anybody tried this dead lifting with this thing, anvil style??? whats a good number?? i tried, couldn't even get 100lbs. The LBH is like an anvil simulator if you don't already have an anvil. It is LIKE an anvil, but not a real anvil. Awhile back I had a friend take some pics of me playing with mine; I lifted 135 pounds as a photo op and wasn't really testing myself and the lift came up with no problem at all! On my real anvil, I lifted about 170 pounds and THAT was a real test of my strength at the time; that lift was done in a DL style.
