Anybody Get Any Cool Grip Gifts?

My girlfriend got me a bag of galvinized spike nails and some standard plates from Walmart. I wanted the standard plates since they have smooth sides on both sides, and they can be used for the exercise that Jowett mentions in molding a mighty grip. Tossing them with a spinning action and catching them with alternate hands (think of a juggler juggling rings). A 10lb plate is quite easy for me in this motion...but I probably wouldn't do well with a 25lb yet.

As far as the big nails is concerned, I gave one of the smaller ones a go and managed a slight dent after doing a tomato face strain for what seemed forever.

I also got a Hulk action figure (30 pose-able joints) which is residing in my gym for motivation !!!!

Post holiday stuff I am planning to buy is:

The Ivanko Supergripper.

A 70lb dumbell to make 35lb blockweights.

a dip belt.

Brookfields new book.

and of course new to the list will be the KTA E-book
