naturalstrength
Is anyone familiar with the graded bolts stamped with a "n" on the head? Any calibration details, experience? They definitely seem harder to bend compared to the "triangle" brand bolts(grade 8), but I want to hear what others experience, if any, is with this particular brand of bolt. -Many Thanks! My only experience is with a 5" of these and the only other 5" G8 I've attempted to bend broke and it was an "LE". The "n" bent nicely, although, much harder than a 6" Edited September 6, 2009 by easyWeight
bencrush
The "N" stands for Nucor. I actually thought it was a "U" when I first got some of them. Some guys said the Nucors were easy, but the batch I got was most definitely not easy. They were on par with the LE G8.
