Guest RobbyTooSlobby
I got the cables for Christmas and I really like them so far! I also got John Brookfields book with exercises. Very cool. Has anyone else used these cables? If so I was wondering how you worked them into your normal workout schedule? Did you do use them the same as you would freeweights as in sets and reps? Did you only use them once or twice a week or more than that? I'm not used to the feeling i get after working out hard with these. It's not the same as freeweights (obviously.) Just wondering. Thanks guys.
Guest mg6680
I have a set, dont use them very much now. I did a lot of the one arm shoulder presses, but due to a sore elbow, I've quit doing them. They are a nice piece of equip though.

Guest malis
What about the amount of resistance those cables give; are the five that come with the basic setup enough? And do they break easily?
Guest RobbyTooSlobby
Thanks for the links Todd!!! Very cool stuff. Malis: I am not the strongest guy..yet. But I found the 5 cables to be plenty. But I've only had the device for a few days. My dad works at the hospital so he might be able to get me replacement bands for free! I am pretty sure they are the same bands used in physical therapy.
